Origins
Hyoten (氷点) was founded in 2024 by Master Hideo, a lifelong student of Zen Buddhism and Hatha Yoga. Returning to Tokyo after years of training in the mountains of Nagano, Hideo sought to create a space that offered the same profound silence he found in the winter peaks.
Our Mission
In physics, the freezing point is where a liquid becomes a solid crystal. In our philosophy, it is the moment the fluid mind crystallizes into pure awareness. Our mission is to guide 10,000 students to this point of stillness through movement, breath, and community.
