1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website at hyoten-yoga.jp, you agree to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Hyoten Yoga Studio's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.
3. Class Bookings & Cancellations
- Booking: Classes must be booked in advance through our online system or at the studio.
- Cancellation: You must cancel your class booking at least 12 hours prior to the start time to avoid being charged.
- Lateness: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class starts. Late entry may not be permitted.
4. Store Policy (Refunds & Returns)
We accept returns for store merchandise within 14 days of purchase, provided the items are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt. Sale items are final.
5. Disclaimer
The materials on Hyoten Yoga Studio's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. Hyoten Yoga Studio makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
6. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tokyo, Japan.
